Application:
It is suitable for modification of al - Si alloy with long casting time, aluminum liquid purification and RE element addition. The upper limit of allowable silicon impurity can be increased from 0.09% to 0.14~0.15% for electrical and aluminum industry.
Usage:
1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Add temperature: above 720℃.
3. Addition amount of this product: 0.03 ~ 0.15% RE is added to aluminum liquid to have different degrees of deterioration and purification effect on different alloys. The economic addition amount is determined by the test. The reference dosage of this product is 0.3~1.5% of the aluminum (new material) to be treated.
4. Metamorphism effective time: 4 ~ 8 hours.
5. Operation method: Pour the alloy block into the aluminum solution, melt it and stir it evenly; After standing for more than 10 minutes, remove the slag and pour the test bar. When the fracture is checked normally, pouring can be done.
